UK WIDE FREE STANDARD DELIVERY *(Except Highlands and Islands)
We offer free standard shipping on all of our United Kingdom orders. Standard shipping refers to either Royal Mail 48hr Tracked service or DPD Next Day service (two day service outside of mainland UK) depending on the weight and size of your order.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before 1PM on the same day. During busier periods and for larger, more complex orders, we cannot guarantee this. We do not dispatch parcels over the weekend or on bank holidays – all timings are based on working days.
Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the forthcoming Monday.
Depending on the weight and value of your order it will be delivered by either Royal Mail Tracked48 or DPD.
UK MAINLAND NEXT DAY GUARANTEED £7.10
We have teamed up with the award winning carriers DPD to bring you a guaranteed next working day service. This excludes Bank Holidays.
Using DPD’s state of the art tracking system you are guaranteed delivery timed within a 1 hour window. On the day of delivery you will receive a text message or an email informing you of your delivery window. You will also be given the option to re-arrange delivery to a new time, different address or request to collect the item yourself.
We can offer delivery on Saturdays and on weekdays before 10.30am and 12pm for an additional charge. Non-signature services are available on request.
*UK Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a next day service to addresses in these areas.
Currently within the UK the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) has had no impact on Deliveries. This may change if Public Health England introduce movement restrictions. In this event it may not be possible to deliver to certain regions. We will update this page regularly to keep our customers informed. EU and USA customers
Charges will be displayed at the checkout once you have indicated your delivery country. Our International couriers will include DPD Local, Norsk, and FedEx
Rest of the World
We can send orders to most countries in the world so if you live outside the EU or USA please visit our contact page to request an international quote.
Proof of delivery
When deliveries are made to BFPO, HMS or RAF establishments or any other establishment where a person other than the addressee is responsible for signing for deliveries, that person’s signature is deemed to be proof of delivery to the customer. Hangerworld Ltd. is unable to guarantee delivery beyond this point. If a customer requests that an item is left by our courier without a signature in a designated place we are unable to take responsibility for the items once the courier has logged the item as ‘delivered’.

All standard delivery charges and postage upgrade options will be displayed at the checkout once you have indicated your destination country. Prices are inclusive of VAT. Returns and Refunds
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders that our customers are 100% satisfied with, mistakes, delays or a simple change of mind are not entirely unheard of.

I’m returning goods because I don’t like them or I’ve changed my mind
To return unwanted goods that are in perfect condition, please ensure they are packaged well and returned to us in a re-saleable condition. A completed returns form must be enclosed. Customers must arrange to return the goods at their own expense.

A refund to the value of the goods will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of returned items.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item and you wish to exchange it for the item originally ordered, please specify this on the returns form when sending the item back to us.
