To refund or exchange an item purchased from Hangerworld, please return it, along with a completed returns form, within 30 days of receiving it. Address all returns to:

To return unwanted goods that are in perfect condition, please ensure they are packaged well and returned to us in a re-saleable condition. A completed returns form must be enclosed. Customers must arrange to return the goods at their own expense.

If you have received incorrect or delayed items from us, please ensure they are packaged well and returned to us in a re-saleable condition. A completed returns form must be enclosed specifying whether you would like a refund to be issued or the correct goods to be sent out.
To return damaged goods to Hangerworld, please repackage the item and send it back to us with a completed returns form.
A refund to the value of the goods will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of returned items. If you have paid for extra postage costs, these will all be reimbursed for incorrect or damaged orders.
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item and you wish to exchange it for the item originally ordered, please specify this on the returns form when sending the item back to us.
